1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging with Mr Idealhat via our website, operational dashboard, or automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Mr Idealhat ("Provider").
2. Intellectual Property
The Neural Architectures, custom codebase, and automation logic provided remain the intellectual property of Mr Idealhat until full payment is rendered and a formal IP Transfer Certificate is issued (where applicable).
You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered automation agents for your internal business operations.
3. Liability & Performance
We engineer our AI Agents for high-fidelity performance (99.9% uptime). However, due to the probabilistic nature of Large Language Models (LLMs):
- Mr Idealhat is not liable for consequential damages arising from unforeseen AI hallucinations or third-party API outages.
- Clients are responsible for human-in-the-loop oversight for critical financial or medical decisions.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend access to our API endpoints or dashboards immediately if we detect:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Attempted reverse-engineering of our proprietary models.
- Illicit use of automation for spam or harassment.
